Week 4 Fantasy Football Start/Sit, DFS & Rankings

In this weekly article series, our Writer, Zach Zander (@ZTwiceFF), will help you make those tough decisions through Start-Sit picks, DFS Fades & Sleepers, along with Weekly Rankings!
Starts

Khalil Herbert vs NYG
Last week filling in for David Montgomery, Khalil Herbert ran for 157 yards and 2 Touchdowns! He plays on one of the most run-heavy teams we have seen in the last few years and will have the backfield all to himself this week with Montgomery out. Herbert has shown he is a great running back when given the opportunity, and faces a bottom 10 Rush Defense in the NFL this week in the Giants (teamrankings.com). I have Herbert as an RB1 this week.
Marcus Mariota vs CLE
Mariota has been surprisingly consistent for Fantasy this year providing solid QB2 value with his rushing floor. Overall, he has looked good but has had at least one costly turnover in every game. His surrounding skill position group is sneaky good with London already proving to be a WR1 for the Falcons, along with Pitts and Patterson. This week he faces an average Cleveland Defense that will be missing Myles Garrett. I have Mariota ranked as a fringe QB1 and feel comfortable playing him over the likes of Rodgers, Stafford, and Cousins.
Chris Olave vs MIN
Olave leads the NFL in Air Yards by over 100 in 2022, already proving to be an effective deep threat. He also has had 13 targets in each of the last two games, including an explosive 9 catches for 147 yards against Carolina last week. Unfortunately, Winston is expected to miss this game, but Dalton will do nicely as far as far asbackup QBs go. To top it all off, Michael Thomas will miss Week 4 against the Vikings so Olave is a WR2 with upside this week.
Robert Tonyan vs NE
Tonyan's snap share and targets have increased as the season has progressed. If the trend continues, I expect Tonyan to be involved in the offense and have 5+ targets with a chance at a TD. With how rough the TE group has been this season, his guaranteed role in the offense makes him a streamable TE this week.
Sits

Clyde Edwards-Helaire @ TB
The stat line of Edwards-Helaire last week is one I have never seen before - 7 attempts for 0 yards... and he still had 14 fantasy points due to 5 receptions and a TD! If he doesn't score he has minimal value, as he has played only the 2nd most RB snaps on the Chiefs behind McKinnon. Lastly, his chances don't look good against the elite run defense in Tampa Bay for Week 4. If you are able, I would recommend trading him for an upside WR2 will his value is decent coming off of 3 higher scoring weeks.
Carson Wentz @ DAL
Wentz's true colors returned last week against the Eagles after he started off hot for fantasy in Weeks 1 and 2. This week he faces an equally tough test in the Dallas defense that not only has a good secondary but a great pass rush. Wentz doesn't deal well with pressure and I'd expect a similar week to last.
DJ Moore vs ARI
Moore's career arc is starting to feel very similar to Allen Robinson. He is an extremely talented WR who has never had remotely good QB play. It is truly sad to see with only 7 catches on the season due to Mayfield only targeting him 18 total times, many of those not catchable. I hope I am wrong and Moore can still produce, but in that offense he is unplayable.
All TE's...
There are a number of TE's I could list here but frankly, outside of the top guys we're all just looking for a TD. Target TE's on good offenses with a chance at a TD and avoid those on bad offenses.
