Week 5 Astro Rankings

As we deal with 2020, we are reminded that everyone has to deal with the complications. The NFL is having to reschedule and move games around as teams keep popping up with positive tests. This rescheduling is forcing league commissioners to stay focused and warn their league-mates about the precautions necessary to fill out their lineups. Let us be mindful of the commissioners as they are navigating a new challenge to keep things fair and equal to everyone in your leagues. Let's get back to football!

This week's rankings are only going to take into consideration all Sunday matchups and the Monday and the scheduled Tuesday night games. These rankings are based on Half-PPR leagues.

Quarterback Rankings

1) Russell Wilson - Seattle Seahawks

2) Patrick Mahomes - Kansas City Chiefs

3) Dak Prescott - Dallas Cowboys

4) Josh Allen - Buffalo Bills

5) Lamar Jackson - Baltimore Ravens

Russel Wilson takes the top spot this week again. Until I see differently he will be number 1 for me and ill be starting him everywhere I can. Dallas plays the Giants, expecting a good game from Dak again. Allen and Lamar give you a solid rushing floor to start comfortably.

6) Kyler Murray - Arizona Cardinals

7) Deshaun Watson - Houston Texans

8) Matt Ryan - Atlanta Falcons

9) Jared Goff - Los Angeles Rams

10) Justin Herbert - Los Angeles Chargers

Justin Herbert cracks the top 10 now that he has the full trust of the coaching staff. Deshaun is finally freed from the shackles of BOB and the tough beginning of the schedule. An easy matchup against Jacksonville.

11) Joe Burrow - Cincinnati Bengals

12) Ben Roethlisberger - Pittsburgh Steelers

13) Teddy Bridgewater - Carolina Panthers

14) Gardner Minshew - Jacksonville Jaguars

15) Daniel Jones - New York Giants

Runningback Rankings

1) Alvin Kamara - New Orleans Saints

2) Ezekiel Elliott - Dallas Cowboys

3) Dalvin Cook - Minnesota Vikings

4) Kareem Hunt - Cleveland Browns

5) Clyde Edwards-Helaire - Kansas City Chiefs

Alvin Kamara is playing insane right now he should keep the top spot. Ezekiel Elliot is doing his thing. As long as the Cowboys keep feeding him he will score points. Kareem Hunt is going to skyrocket behind that insane line. Expect a big game from the Chiefs, Clyde included.

6) Miles Sanders - Philadelphia Eagles

7) Derrick Henry - Tennessee Titans

8) Josh Jacobs - Las Vegas Rams

9) Chris Carson - Seattle Seahawks

10) James Conner - Pittsburgh Steelers

Chris Carson continues to impress and be used immensely. Josh Jacobs could be in for a shootout with the chiefs. If Conner can stay healthy, expect big things from him.

11) James Robinson - Jacksonville Jaguars

12) Joe Mixon - Cincinnati Bengals

13) Jonathan Taylor - Indianapolis Colts

14) Todd Gurley - Atlanta Falcons

15) David Johnson - Houston Texans

16) Kenyan Drake - Arizona Cardinals

17) Devin Singletary - Buffalo Bills

18) Myles Gaskin - Miami Dolphins

19) Antonio Gibson - Washington Football Team

20) Raheem Mostert - San Francisco 49ers

21) Jerick McKinnon - San Francisco 49ers

22) Le'Veon Bell - New York Jets

23) James White - New England Patriots

24) Joshua Kelley - Los Angeles Chargers

Wide Reciever Rankings

1) Deandre Hopkins - Arizona Cardinals

2) Michael Thomas - New Orleans Saints

3) Tyreek Hill - Kansas City Chiefs

4) Amari Cooper - Dallas Cowboys

5) Calvin Ridley - Atlanta Falcons

This ranking is assuming that Michael Thomas comes back on Monday night, I'm sure Drew Brees is hoping that as well. Amari stays in the top 5 with Dak staying on fire. Ridley coming off a dud, but I still expect big things from him this week.

6) Tyler Lockett - Seattle Seahawks

7) D.K. Metcalf - Seattle Seahawks

8) Terry Mclaurin - Washington Football Team

9) Adam Thielen - Minnesota Vikings

10) Keenan Allen - San Diego Chargers

Lockett and Metcalf both deserve to be top 10 WR with the way Russell Wilson is playing. If Terry can keep up the volume he will be a good start. Watch for Keenan Allen to keep thriving with Justin Herbert as the starter.

11) Robby Anderson - Carolina Panthers

12) Stefon Diggs - Buffalo Bills

13) Cooper Kupp - Los Angeles Rams

14) D.J. Chark - Jacksonville Jaguars

15) Odell Beckham Jr. - Cleveland Browns

16) Juju Smith-Schuster - Pittsburgh Steelers

17) Robert Woods - Los Angeles Rams

18) Will Fuller - Houston Texans

19) Diontae Johnson - Pittsburgh Steelers

20) Davante Parker - Miami Dolphins

21) Jamison Crowder - New York Jets

22) Julian Edelman - New England Patriots

23) Darius Slayton - New York Giants

24) Julio Jones - Atlanta Falcons

Tight End Rankings

1) Travis Kelce - Kansas City Chiefs

2) George Kittle - San Francisco 49ers

3) Mark Andrews - Baltimore Ravens

4) Darren Waller - Las Vegas Raiders

5) Zach Ertz - Philadelphia Eagles

Kelce, Kittle, Mandrews, all top 3 as they should be. Ertz slides to the top 5 with the injury to Goedert and a great overtime performance last week. Waller is going to be a focal point of Las Vegas' offense against a high flying KC team.

6) Jonnu Smith - Tennessee Titans

7) Hunter Henry - San Diego Chargers

8) Evan Engram - New York Giants

9) Dalton Schultz - Dallas Cowboys

10) Hayden Hurst - Atlanta Falcons

11) Jared Cook - New Orleans Saints

12) Eric Ebron - Pittsburgh Steelers

13) Austin Hooper - Cleveland Browns

14) Mike Gesicki - Miami Dolphins

15) Tyler Higbee - Los Angeles Rams
