Week 7 Astro Rankings

Another week of football. Covid has not taken any games out this week. There have been precautionary moves, such as the Raiders game being moved to the afternoon slot and Seattle versus Arizona being move to the night game. But as of this writing, good news all around for another week. Last week we saw rookie running backs get some chances and perform. We also saw why Dak deserves to get paid. Let's get ready for another week of football and another week of grinding. This week's rankings are only going to take into consideration all Sunday matchups and the Monday and the scheduled Tuesday night games. These rankings are based on Half-PPR leagues.

Quarterback Rankings

1) Russell Wilson - Seattle Seahawks

2) Kyler Murray - Arizona Cardinals

3) Patrick Mahomes - Kansas City Chiefs

4) Josh Allen - Buffalo Bills

5) Deshaun Watson - Houston Texans

Once again, our top two QBs are Russell Wilson and whoever he is playing. Expect points to be put up in a hurry. Patrick Mahomes is still great. Josh Allen hasn't been in the same tier he was at the beginning of the year, but a date against the New York Jets should turn that around. Deshaun Watson being freed from BOB is a sight to behold.

6) Aaron Rodgers - Green Bay Packers

7) Joe Burrow - Cincinnati Bengals

8) Matt Ryan - Atlanta Falcons

9) Ben Roethlisberger - Pittsburgh Steelers

10) Ryan Tannehill - Tennessee Titans

Aaron Rodgers is going to have to cook with Jones being sidelined. Joe Burrow is also expected to shoulder more of the offense with Joe Mixon being out. Ryan Tannehill is playing great, can he keep it up against Pittsburgh?

11) Cam Newton - New England Patriots

12) Justin Herbert - Los Angeles Chargers

13) Andy Dalton - Dallas Cowboys

14) Tom Brady - TOMpa Bay Buccaneers

15) Baker Mayfield - Cleveland Browns

Runningback Rankings

1) Alvin Kamara - New Orleans Saints

2) Ezekiel Elliott - Dallas Cowboys

3) Derrick Henry - Tennessee Titans

4) Kareem Hunt - Cleveland Browns

5) Mike Davis - Carolina Panthers

Michael Thomas out again, do I need to explain why he's number one? Albeit a fumbling problem, the Dallas offense will still run through Zeke. Am I crazy for putting Mike Davis top 5? Maybe, but they don't call me PsychoBo for nothing. Let's get spicy.

6) Chris Carson - Seattle Seahawks

7) James Conner - Pittsburgh Steelers

8) Todd Gurley - Atlanta Falcons

9) David Montgomery - Chicago Bears

10) Josh Jacobs - Las Vegas Rams

Chris Carson is putting together a great season and will continue to impress. James Conner is doing more than anyone expected. Volume is great for our next 3 guys, especially David Montgomery.

11) Ronald Jones - Tampa Bay Buccaneers

12) James Robinson - Jacksonville Jaguars

13) Jerrick McKinnon - San Francisco 49ers

14) Antonio Gibson - Washington Football Team

15) David Johnson - Houston Texans

16) Clyde Edwards-Helaire - Kansas City Chiefs

17) Devin Singletary - Buffalo Bills

18) Kenyan Drake - Arizona Cardinals

19) Darrell Henderson - Los Angeles Rams

20) Melvin Gordon - Denver Broncos

21) James White - New England Patriots

22) J.D. McKissic - Washington Football Team

23) Deandre Swift - Detroit Lions

24) Justin Jackson - Los Angeles Chargers

Wide Reciever Rankings

1) Davante Adams - Green Bay Packers

2) Deandre Hopkins - Arizona Cardinals

3) Julio Jones - Atlanta Falcons

4) D.K. Metcalf - Seattle Seahawks

5) Calvin Ridley - Atlanta Falcons

Davante Adams owners, rejoice! Adams takes the top spot and becomes the #1 option for Aaron Rodgers as Aaron Jones is out. Julio looks great again, and D.K. is baby Megatron.

6) Tyler Lockett - Seattle Seahawks

7) Terry Mclaurin - Washington Football Team

8) Stefon Diggs - Buffalo Bills

9) Allen Robinson - Chicago Bears

10) Keenan Allen - San Diego Chargers

Lockett figures to be involved again in this high powered offense. Terry is my absolute favorite WR, despite poor QB play he is looking terrific. Can we get this bad man a quarterback? Speaking of poor QB play, Allen Robinson has consistently produced despite less than stellar play.

11) Kenny Golladay - Detroit Lions

12) Amari Cooper - Dallas Cowboys

13) Cooper Kupp - Los Angeles Rams

14) A.J. Brown - Tennesee Titans

15) Tyreek Hill - Kansas City Chiefs

16) Will Fuller - Houston Texans

17) Robert Woods - Los Angeles Rams

18) Chris Godwin - Tampa Bay Buccaneers

19) Robby Anderson - Carolina Panthers

20) Mike Evans - Tampa Bay Buccaneers

21) D.J. Moore - Carolina Panthers

22) Chase Claypool - Pittsburgh Steelers

23) Odell Beckham Jr. - Cleveland Browns

24) D.J. Chark - Jacksonville Jaguars

Tight End Rankings

I am going to be honest, outside of Waller, Kittle, and Kelce, I have zero clue how to rank the tight ends. It's a crapshoot to me of who will score and who will not score. So this is my best attempt to do just that. Predict the unpredictable.

1) Travis Kelce - Kansas City Chiefs

2) George Kittle - San Francisco 49ers

3) T.J. Hockenson - Detroit Lions

4) Darren Waller - Las Vegas Raiders

5) Hunter Henry - San Diego Chargers

6) Jonnu Smith - Tennessee Titans

7) Noah Fant - Denver Broncos

8) Jared Cook - New Orleans Saints

9) Hayden Hurst - Atlanta Falcons

10) Eric Ebron - Pittsburgh Steelers

11) Rob Gronkowski - Tampa Bay Buccaneers

12) Robert Tonyan - Green Bay Packers

13) Dalton Schultz - Dallas Cowboys

14) Logan Thomas - Washington Football Team

15) Darren Fells - Houston Texans
